A bright salmon pink colour, a refined and complexe aromatic nose that reveals grapefruit, and exotic fruit. The intense fruity taste provides a nice harmony due to a natural acidity and the concentrated harvest, resulting in complexity and a long finish. This wine will complement Asian and oriental food, as well as crayfish or poultry.
Tasting temperature: between 10 and 12° C. Cellaring: 3 years.
